What we collect
We may collect contact and business details, project requirements, website content, domain and provider information, correspondence, approvals, quote references and payment status. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identity documents or unrelated sensitive information through the onboarding form.
Why we use it
We use information to prepare demonstrations and quotes, administer payments, build and host websites, communicate about projects, maintain records, prevent abuse and meet legal or tax obligations.
Service providers
We may use providers such as Google, GitHub, Cloudflare, Stripe, HeyGen, ElevenLabs and approved automation services where needed for the relevant workflow. Stripe handles payment-card information directly; SiteRefresh does not store full card details.
Storage and security
Project records are restricted to authorised workflows and accounts. Client uploads should use the secure folder or upload method supplied for the project. We use reasonable safeguards, access controls and separate production credentials, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and access
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for the project, hosting, support, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. You may ask to access or correct personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
